Tap into Mobile Success
Each year Chegg and TargetX, Kent State’s implementation partner for Recruitment, Admissions, Retention, and Student Success, publish a research study focused on how students use, and are influenced by, social media and mobile technology throughout their college search.
As we seek to be mindful of this research, we feel positioned to successfully interact with current and future students on their mobile devices. Kent State has already taken steps by making the University’s website mobile friendly and consistently releasing updates and new functionality to the KSUmobile application. Undergraduate Admissions at Kent State has already implemented TargetX’s School App – a mobile app for Kent State’s incoming class to engage with the University and each other. As we continue to implement the Salesforce CRM, we expect to deliver a mobile first application for students to apply to Kent State and a mobile experience to register for student events on our campuses.
