Fit for Life Summer

Formerly the Faculty/Staff Exercise Program, this workshop is open to Kent State University staff, faculty, students and the public in a supervised exercise setting. The purpose of this exercise program is to improve your fitness and health through knowledge, diet, and exercise, as well as, help reduce the cardiovascular risk factors. Enhance your health and well-being while having fun with your co-workers, family members, and friends.
