Research Based Leadership Training

The LEADtogether curriculum and experience is based on years of research in the areas of leadership dynamics, social cohesion, and emotional intelligence.  This is just one aspect of the program that makes it so unique.  The other major aspect is the virtual interface used for the training.  As the first program of its kind in the country, LEADtogether will be using anonymous data collected from participant performance statistics to assess the success of the program.  Participants are never identified in the data collected, however, the numerical data on individual and team successes is very informative for leadership development research.  For more information on the research components of this program, please contact Gary Myers at gmyers9@kent.edu.
