University Libraries circulates Camcorders and Tripods to current KSU Students, Faculty, and Staff for use with their instructional projects.
All borrowers must present a valid PHOTO ID (flashcard or drivers license) at checkout, NO EXCEPTIONS.
All equipment is due back by 11:59pm or closing the following business day. Fines are computer generated and will NOT BE WAIVED.
Camcorders returned late will be fined $25 for the first day and charged $350 replacement after the second day. If returned after two days or more, a $50 billing fee will be charged.
Tripods returned late will be fined $25 for the first day and charged $125 replacement after the second day. If returned after two days or more, a $50 billing fee will be charged.
Patrons are responsible for any lost or damage equipment and should take the time to check over the equipment at check out to verify it is in good working condition. All pieces of equipment including camcorder, battery, charging cables, and input cables are checked out separately and charged for loss or damage separately.
Other places to check out equipment are the JMC lab in the basement of Taylor Hall for JMC students, and the IRC Lab in White Hall for College of Education Student, Faculty, and Staff. Both of these Labs have a much wider array of equipment for check-out.
