9:00am to 1:00pm

Moulton Hall

The course is on Monday, April 8th and Monday, April 15th from 9:00am-1:00pm.

This is an evidence-based training course that teaches people to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders. In this course, you will learn risk factors and signs of addictions and mental illness, information about the impact of mental and substance use disorders, a 5-step action plan to assess a situation and help, and where you can find local resources to assist during a crisis. Participants must be present for the entire time. This workshop counts as 8.0 hours toward your annual Beyond Compliance requirement for faculty/staff and 600 FLASHperks for students.
