Biography
Dana Brown, Associate Professor, serves the School of Music in a variety of non-teaching and teaching duties. He is the Assistant to the Director, Coordinator of Undergraduate Studies, Coordinator of Class Piano and teaches piano classes. In addition, he is the music scholarship administrator.
A graduate of Kent State University, Professor Brown began his teaching career as a part-time instructor at Kent State University and the University of Akron, where he also was a staff accompanist. His professional experience as a pianist or keyboardist included performances as an accompanist, orchestral keyboardist, jazz pianist and in musical theatre.
