Sponsorship Opportunities

Porthouse Theatre has a variety of sponsorship opportunities for businesses and individuals. For more than 50 years, Porthouse Theatre and the partnership between Kent State University and Blossom Music Center, has been entertaining thousands of Northeast Ohio theatergoers. By becoming a Porthouse Sponsor, you and/or your business will join the Porthouse family and provide much needed support to the arts.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Sponsorships are available at many different levels, beginning as low as $250:

Season Sponsorship

Sponsor the entire Porthouse Theatre season. In addition to a variety of other benefits, the season will be branded as being presented by your company or organization.

Production Sponsorship

Sponsor one of Porthouse Theatre's three productions. You or your company will be billed as the sponsor of the production of your choice in all materials in addition to receiving other select sponsor benefits.

Opening Night Sponsorship

Every summer, Porthouse Theatre seeks sponsors for Opening Night of each production. By becoming an Opening Night sponsor, you or your business will be recognized on Opening Night of the chosen production and will be highlighted during the Opening Night Party. This sponsorship is perfect for local businesses or restaurants.

Company Event Sponsorships

Sponsor the a meet and greet with the entire Porthouse Company or sponsor dinner for the Company during Tech Week! There are three meet and greets and three Tech Week Dinners throughout the summer, one each per production. As a Company Event sponsor you will receive an invitation to the event you sponsor as well as access to other sponsor benefits.

Porthouse Theatre sponsors receive a variety of benefits depending on the level of sponsorship:

Logo placement on Porthouse printed items (more than 20,000 pieces), if applicable
Logo placement and acknowledgement on Porthouse Theatre website
Recognition in curtain speeches
Recognition on signage at Porthouse Theatre, if applicable
Free advertisement in Porthouse playbills (Season, production, and opening night sponsors only)
Corporate logo and profile in playbills for season and production sponsors
Recognition in e-newsletters
Recognition on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram)
Complimentary tickets
Complimentary pavilion reservations, subject to availability
Recognition in advertisements, if applicable
Invitation to special events
