Lunch and Learn: Social Media Skills in the Professional World

To post or not to post? That is the question many of us struggle with in this day and age. Social media can be a scary space, particularly when it comes to deciding what to share or how to interact on various platforms.

Join us in Heer Hall on Tuesday, Aug. 14, from noon-1 p.m. as our presenter Jinger Moore, LPC, helps participants navigate this complex maze of digital data and provides tips and resources for developing a healthy online identity. Instead of fearing social media, Ms. Moore emphasizes the importance of learning to embrace this ever-changing, wild ride of technology.

This program is open to all full- and part-time employees. For full-time, benefits-eligible employees participating in the Wellness Your Way program, this session will be worth 10 points toward your Tier Two total for 2018. A light lunch will be provided. Space is limited.
