JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide strategic leadership for the development, implementation, communications and administration of programs and processes related to Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action. Oversee the intake, administration, investigation and resolution of Title VII, ADEA, ADA and retaliation complaints filed by faculty, staff, and students and visitors to campus per university policies 5-16 and 5-16.1. Provide support to hiring managers, search committees and appointing authorities in providing recruitment data to aid in meeting affirmative action goals and objectives. Ensure the university's compliance with federal regulations related to disability discrimination and accessibility such as the Rehabilitation Act and the American Disability Act (ADA).
