Kent State has historically been a beacon of activism in the midwest and remains a space where young adults can grow and learn in their activism. I am continuously inspired by the spirit of advocacy in our students.

FAVORITE MEMORY WHILE AT KENT STATE UNIVERSITY:

How to choose!? The many moments with students. Watching that transformation happen as students travel or engage in cross-cultural immersion. Working with colleagues at our international partner schools. Engaging in activism alongside our students.

ATTRACTION TO KENT STATE AS AN EMPLOYER:

I love Ohio's regional campus system and the mission that it serves. Having the opportunity to learn alongside students at the Stark campus is a privilege.

Travel - I've had the opportunity to travel to 49 countries. My goal is to travel to 100 in my lifetime. Hiking and outdoor activities—favorite hike is Old Rag Mountain in Shenandoah Nat. Park. Spending quality time with my daughter.
