National Student Exchange | Kent State University

National Student Exchange

Since 1968 the National Student Exchange (NSE) provides opportunities for undergraduate students to study for one term or one academic year at another NSE member college or university. You can choose from more than 160 colleges and universities to meet your personal interests and academic needs. NSE campuses extend beyond the borders of the United States to include U.S. territories and Canadian Provinces.

What is NSE?

If you qualify for participation, you will join approximately 4,000 students this year and overall more than 85,000 students who have enjoyed and benefited from this life enriching experience. Participants pay tuition to Kent State as they could for a normal academic semester / academic year and Financial Aid still applies. Your status as a full-time Kent State student remains active, you are just studying away at another campus with plans to return to Kent State. Learn more at the official NSE website.
