Undergraduate Study Abroad Fund
The College of Nursing offers a variety of global cultural immersion experiences for which students can participate.
Our mission oriented trips examine the roles of international and national health organizations responsible for providing global healthcare, investigate various global health issues, and discuss the ways of varying cultural expectations, attitudes, and beliefs can affect and individual's health.
The global cultural experiences for which the students can elect to participate include visits to Northern Ireland, Switzerland (Geneva), Ghana, Canada, Japan, Tanzania, and Italy.
Students and faculty chronicle their experiences abroad on the College of Nursing's blog. Here are some of their blog posts:
Let more students explore global health issues by supporting our Undergraduate Study Abroad fund.
