My research interest focuses on the study of higher education disparities that occur related to socioeconomic status. Building off of my dissertation, I am currently developing Moderated, Mediated, and Conditional Process models that help explain the role of socioeconomic status and its direct and indirect influence on the NCLEX-RN. I function as both the Honors Coordinator and Accelerated Program Director at the College of Nursing.
