Request Equipment for Remote Instruction

Do you need equipment or internet access to continue teaching remotely?

The Division of Information Technology is happy to announce a program designed to provide instructors with technology solutions (hardware and software) needed to deliver remote instruction during the Fall Semester. Keep in mind that after Thanksgiving, ALL classes will be taught remotely.  Transitioning to remote instruction may also occur sooner than anticipated depending on conditions related to COVID-19. Please make sure you submit any technology requests that you need to prepare for remote delivery.

Request for Additional Equipment 

After you have completed the form, your request will be reviewed for feasibility and will be provided for you upon approval. Purchases are made on a first-come, first-served basis, so please try to make your requests as early as possible. Once we receive the equipment we will ship it out to your local support person as expeditiously as we can. Please note that inventory for certain pieces of equipment may be constrained.  We will make every effort to ensure equipment needs are fulfilled as quickly as possible. There will be a separate process to facilitate student requests.
