The Vice President for Enrollment Management will oversee all aspects of enrollment management and engage the university community in achieving a bold vision for enrollment and student success.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting to President Warren and partnering closely with the Executive Vice President and Provost, the Vice President for Enrollment Management will bring greater strategy, coordination, and analytical rigor to every phase of the enrollment process. The Vice President will serve on the President’s Cabinet and provide leadership for undergraduate admissions, financial aid, registrar, the One Stop for Student Services, and transfer recruitment and services, and lead an enrollment effort that is highly coordinated with, and responsive to, the needs of the colleges and campuses. The new leader will provide collaborative support for graduate and international recruitment and partner across the university to deliver the optimal enrollment program for Kent State to meet its short- and long-term enrollment goals and facilitate success in recruitment, retention, and student support for the future.

The new enrollment leader will possess the skill to lead enrollment in a complex environment; exceptional analytical capacity and technological sophistication; and an understating of holistic enrollment with attention to the entire student lifecycle. The personal values of integrity, teamwork, and compassion, as well as the ability to always put students first, are essential. A master’s degree is required; a doctoral degree is preferred.
