  • 4 (Mon)   Deadline for January EPC agenda items to Curriculum Services
  • 25 (Mon)   EPC meeting - FINAL meeting for approving course and program proposals for fall 2020 implementation. Program proposals include new and inactivated programs,* any revisions to a program’s course or grade requirements and any other revision that changes the criteria for students to progress in or graduate with a degree, minor or certificate.
  • 25 (Mon)   Deadline for February EPC agenda items to Curriculum Services
FEBRUARY 2021
  • 15 (Mon)   EPC meeting
  • 22 (Mon)   Deadline for March EPC agenda items to Curriculum Services

 
MARCH 2021
  • 15 (Mon)   EPC meeting - FINAL meeting for approving approving admission proposals for implementation in the fall 2020 catalog (with spring or fall 2021 implementation) See document for deadlines for admission revisions (page 2).
  • 29 (Mon)   Deadline for April EPC agenda items to Curriculum Services
APRIL 2021
  • 19 (Mon)   EPC meeting - FINAL meeting for university and college policy proposals for fall 2020 implementation and for new courses for spring 2021 implementation.
  • 26 (Mon)   Deadline for May EPC agenda items to Curriculum Services
MAY 2021
  • 2020-2021 University Catalog published online at catalog.kent.edu
  • 11 (Tues)   EPC meeting

*Exceptions to this deadline are proposals to establish or inactivate a degree or major, or to offer a major fully online, in an accelerated delivery or at another campus or location--all of which require additional and external steps for approvals. Please work with the Office of Curriculum Services to determine a timeline for implementation for this type of proposals.
