The minimum specifications to be considered as a candidate are:

• A terminal degree in a relevant field;
• Eight years of progressively responsible experience in program development, marketing, budget, and personnel management;
• Experience as a faculty member;
• An academic record sufficient to qualify for a faculty appointment at senior rank at Kent State University.
