The University’s Retention Committee has been working with University Communications and Marketing to develop a communication strategy that gives critical student success information to faculty, staff, students, and parents. On Track is the brand name for these communication pieces. Parents and students are introduced to On Track early in the fall semester through a series of communication pieces that outline successful behaviors such as connecting with faculty and regular class attendance. Faculty are given information to help them identify opportunities to support student success in and out of the classroom. A new On Track communication piece will be rolled out to staff in Fall 2014 and will highlight ways to link our everyday interactions to students success.
