Kayaking the Cuyahoga River

Participants will have the opportunity to paddle down the Cuyahoga River starting just below downtown Kent at Tannery Park and ending at Water Works Park. The trip is 6 miles long is beginner friendly and no prior experience is needed. The fee includes transportation, equipment, and instruction.

Mogadore Lake Stand Up Paddleboarding(S.U.P.)

This trip will be held at Mogadore Reservoir which is approximately 15 minutes from campus. Participants will learn the basics of S.U.P. from our  instructors and then go on a tour of the reservoir to put their new skills to use! No prior experience is needed.

Mogadore Full Moon Float

Join us as we travel to Mogadore Reservoir for a unique evening boating experience under the full moon! We will provide all equipment including canoes, kayaks, lanterns, hot chocolate, and coffee.

Cuyahoga River Clean Up

Join us as we take a fleet of boats down the Cuyahoga River to clean and remove trash from its water and shores. Not only will you be able to spend some time outdoors but you will also have the opportunity to give back to our community and watersheds. Together, we can keep our beautiful backyard looking pristine!

Outdoor Rock Climbing at Logtown

Have you been wanting to go rock climbing outside but don't know anyone with gear? Then our trip to Logtown in Lisbon OH is perfect for you! We have a lot of gear, experienced trip leaders, and a great location for beginners and experienced climbers alike. Fee includes transportation, equipment, lunch, and instruction. Participants that pass the lead climbing class will be able to help lead routes with the supervision of staff.

Backpacking at Laurel Highlands

How will you be spending your Fall Break? If you are feeling adventurous and would love to spend your break in the outdoors, this trip is for you! We will be traveling to Pennsylvania to backpack in the beautiful Laurel Highlands area. Transportation, gear, meals, and instruction are all included. Make your Fall Break an experience to remember!

Backpacking at Raccoon Creek State Park

Join us for a weekend in Pennsylvania, where we will be backpacking in Raccoon Creek State Park. Transportation, gear, and meals are all included, and with instruction from our staff, you will be well on your way to planning your own backpacking trip in the future!
