Birthday Parties

General Information

Parties are scheduled in 2-hour blocks with a minimum of 1-hour between parties.
Reservation times as follows can be flexible and may vary with SRWC hours and holidays:
- Fall/Spring Semesters
  - Fridays
    - 5 - 7 p.m.
  - Saturdays & Sunday
    - 12 - 2 p.m.
    - 1 - 3 p.m.
    - 4 - 6 p.m.
- Summer Semester
  - Fridays
    - 4:30 - 6:30 p.m.
  - Saturdays
    - 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. / 2 - 4 p.m. / 2:30 - 4:30 p.m.
Reservation includes admittance for 30 total attendees. Additional passes can be purchased at the Member Services Desk on the the day of the party.
One chaperone is required for every 10 participants under 18 years of age.
Theme decor can be included for an additional fee (see rates below).
- Decorations typically include 10 balloons, 2 rolls of streamers, a birthday sign, tableware (plates, cups, napkins and tablecloths), and other decor if available.

Standard Party Rates
- $150: Member
- $175: Non-member
- Full payment due prior to reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Additional Options
- Additional passes:
  - $6 per person
- Additional Natatorium options:
  - $25: Water volleyball
  - $75: Inflatable dog
- Theme decor:
  - $40 for general themes which include, but are not limited to: dinosaurs, space/solar system, sports, happy birthday, tropical and princess.
  - $50 for licensed themes (Disney, etc.).

Recreation Party
- 2 hour use of the non-member mall and exclusive use of one of the following:
  - 1 court on the Sports Arena
  - Multi-purporse Gym
Pool Party
- 2-hours of exclusive use of the wet classroom and unlimited time in the natatorium.
- One adult guardian must be in the water for every three children who are 8 years of age and younger.
