Equipment Issue Policies
Patrons are responsible for lost or damaged equipment. If equipment is not returned within two weeks of being checked out, it will be considered lost, and the participant will be responsible for the replacement cost of the equipment. Replacement or repair cost for damaged equipment is at the discretion of the SRWC Staff and will be visible on student bursars accounts and/or community members household accounts.
Personal locks left on daily use lockers overnight will be cut. SRWC locks left on a lockers overnight that need to be cut will resolve in a replacement cost. SRWC locks with lost keys will resolve in replacement cost.
