SUMMER BOGA Fit

BOGA Fit is an innovative fitness program that builds strength, deepens flexibility and improves balance and coordination.  This program enhances the benefits of traditional fitness movements and minimizes the harsh impacts of traditional land exercises, creating high intensity workouts that remain low intensity on your body.  BOGA Fit will be a higher intensity class that challenges your strength, balance, coordination and endurance.

Muay Thai Kickboxing

Improve your fitness and self-confidence with this close-combat sport that teaches you to utilize your entire body as a weapon.

Powerlifting Basics

Start your powerlifting regimen off right. Learn the proper form and technique for the three fundamental lifts of any strength training arsenal. This program will cover all of the how-to's and training variations for the squat, deadlift and bench press.

Want to feel empowered? This class advocates realistic and employable tactics of self defense. Learn how to escape from unsafe situations and aggressive attackers while developing higher levels of awareness and self-preservation.
