SELF DEFENSE

Want to feel empowered?  This class advocates realistic and employable tactics of self defense.  Learn how to escape from unsafe situations and aggressive attackers while developing higher levels of awareness and self-preservation.

MUAY THAI KICK BOXING

Improve your fitness and self-confidence with this close-combat sport that utilizes your entire body as a weapon.
