Self Defense

Want to feel empowered? This class advocates realistic and employable tactics of self defense. Learn how to escape from unsafe situations and aggressive attackers while developing higher levels of awareness and self-preservation.

    Boga FIT

    The BOGA program is an innovative program that builds strength, deepens flexibility, and improves balance and coordination. This program enhances the benefits of traditional movements and minimizes the harsh impacts of traditional exercises, creating high intensity workouts that remain low intensity on your body.
