Massage Therapy

Massage is an excellent way to help reduce stress and tension levels, increase flexibility and promote general relaxation of the mind, body and spirit. Massage therapy is professional manipulation of the soft tissues of the body via methodical pressure, friction and kneading of the tissues.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal Massage eases the aches and pains of pregnancy while improving circulation and mobility. This type of massage is preformed on a special prenatal pillow.


Hot stones and aromatherapy room misting can be added on to any session for an additional fee.

Customized Massage Programs

On-Site Chair Massage and Informational Programs

Fee: University $60/hr., Non-university $70/hr.

  • Contract signed prior to beginning program
  • Billing may be done through IDC or may be paid by check following program
  • No cash payments for on-site programs
  • Minimum number of participants: 5 or minimum time: 1 hour

Special Programs

Sports Massage Package

Three 50-minute Sports Massages are perfect for the serious athlete or weekend warrior! Customized sports massage sessions are created by the therapist to target individual muscle groups that need specific attention. They may be utilized prior to an event or afterwards and can help to promote healing after an injury. Biotone muscle and joint relief lotion is available upon request.
