Personal Fitness Philosophy

Often times people associate health and wellness with vigorous exercise every day or an over-restricted diet. Health and wellness isn't represented by what you see in the mirror. I think it's most important for clients to set reasonable goals that can be accomplished through activities and lifestyle changes that they enjoy. If an individual doesn't like what they are doing to maintain or build on their health, odds are they won't continue doing it for a lifetime.
