Personal training is a private, one-on-one session with a certified trainer. Personal trainers design and implement customized exercise programs based on your fitness goals and specific needs. Individual results may vary.
Youth between the ages of 13 and 17 are able to participate in a specialized personal training program. This program provides a safe and effective session that utilizes equipment on the fitness floor as free weight usage is restricted to patrons under the age of 18. Teenagers will be able to get the supervision, encouragement and direction they need to get the results they want. Male and female trainers are available with a variety of expertise, educational background and certifications. Personal training sessions are available by appointment only.
Please Note: A fitness assessment is a necessary component and must be completed by all participants prior to beginning a program. Please schedule this assessment in the fitness suite prior to purchasing a personal training session. Sessions expire 12 months from date of purchase.
