2020 UG Symposium Canceled: Submit Your Poster ONLINE
The Undergraduate Symposium for Research, Scholarship and Creative Endeavors, scheduled for April 21 has been canceled due to the COVID19 pandemic.
However, the Office of Student Research, working in collaboration with University Libraries, will offer an online poster session. If your abstract was previously accepted, we welcome and encourage you to participate. We hope it will give you the feedback you need to advance your research. It is also an opportunity to win a cash award.
We will post your short abstract and the poster you create. We are unable to accommodate anything but posters in the online format.
For single-author abstracts, please secure your mentor’s approval before submitting your poster.
For multiple-author abstracts, the first-listed undergraduate author should secure approval from other authors and the faculty mentor before submitting the poster.
All submitted posters will be judged and awards will be given in each category.
Your poster will be judged according to the attached rubric. Please note author name(s) and email(s) on the poster.

Once your poster is complete, go to https://kent.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_dnEXLHNXU2Og6gd to submit it. You will need to save your poster as both a png file and a jpeg file to upload.
The deadline for poster upload is 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 21. Judges will review posters and make decisions by Friday, May 5.
