Peer ambassadors serve as a liason between the students and the Sociology and Criminology & Justice studies students. If you are wondering about your next steps in the program, getting an internship, class recommendations, or anything else related to SOC/CRIM&JUS related studies- we can help you!

You can find Logan on:

Tuesdays 2:00-4:00 on the first floor of Merrill and Thursdays 2:00-4:00 Rm 319 Merrill Hall

Mondays 10:30-2:00 on the first floor of Merrill Hall

Logan
Logan Stockton
is going into his 5th year at Kent State University, finishing up a double major in Criminology and Justice Studies. He grew up in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio, about 20 minutes from the main campus. After graduation, Logan wishes to attend graduate school and earn an upper level degree in Criminal Justice Corrections, while beginning to work in the justice system as a probation or parole officer. Logan is the current President of the Delta Chi Fraternity on campus and loves to play music with his band in his free time. He’s excited to become a student ambassador to help new and old students feel at home here in Kent and help them create stronger relationships with faculty. He wants to share his skills in being a successful student with others so they can achieve a success, meaningful experiences, and enjoy their college career here at Kent.
Rachyl
Rachyl Anderson
is a senior Sociology major here at Kent State. Her concentration is in Social Problems, Deviance, and Crime. She has a minor in Peace and Conflict Studies, as well as Pre-law. Rachyl is from Chesterland, Ohio and loves to go home to visit with her family. She is actively involved in Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity and works as an office manager at The Writing Commons on campus. Excelling in all her classes and building great professional relations is very important to her. By becoming an ambassador, she hopes to help other students achieve their academic goals and plans to always be an available resource to her peers.
