Biography
My research uses social psychological and organizational approaches to status processes to better understand social stratification. Two key objectives that drive my work are: 1) understanding the mechanisms that generate status-based discrimination and 2) studying those mechanisms in concrete situations like workplaces and the criminal justice system. Publications with my collaborators are forthcoming in Social Psychology Quarterly.
