These associate degrees can be completed in their entirety at Kent State Stark:
- Associate of Arts
- Associate of Arts in Justice Studies
- Associate of Science
- Applied Business in Office Technology (online)
Students may complete undergraduate university requirements and Kent Core courses at Kent State University at Stark or any campus/location, and the major requirements online. The degree would be awarded by the approved campus or college. Additional fees are assessed for online courses.
Associate degree requirements include both required courses and electives. The required courses are to be selected from the university's Kent Core list. Electives should be chosen in the student's area of interest. Students planning to pursue a bachelor's degree should select associate degree electives to meet the requirements of the bachelor's degree they are pursuing.
Automatic Associate Degree Awarding
Kent State University’s seven Regional Campuses will automatically award associate degrees to bachelor’s degree-seeking students who have completed all requirements for either an Associate of Arts or an Associate of Science degree.
