As director of the Corporate University, Faith meets with hundreds of organizations in order to clarify learning needs and organizational development goals. Utilizing skills in relationship building, coaching and facilitation she leads the department in providing relevant, engaging and impactful training and development initiatives throughout NE Ohio.Faith holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Kent State University and a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from The University of Akron.
Outreach Program Manager
As the outreach program manager for the Corporate University, Julie is responsible for the daily management of programs throughout the life cycle of a project. Clients come to Julie when searching for development opportunities for their employees. With her keen listening skills and quick insight, she is able to provide timely solutions to meet client’s needs. Whether the need is for customized or public programming or a combination of both, Julie can be a resource for you.
Julie has more than 28 years of experience in the field of human resources and specializes in training and development solutions for adult learners. She is a national member of SHRM, a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Julie holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Malone University.
Outreach Program Coordinator
Marshall is the research coordinator at the Corporate University. His duties include developing and delivering customized survey, research and consulting services to provide organizations with the information they need to make data driven-decisions. He utilizes the latest research technologies in survey development, deployment, data collection and analysis in the design and completion of research projects. Marshall has been involved with various aspects of research, technology and management. His diverse background has spanned survey research, product deployment, customer relationship management, systems analysis and technical support. Marshall holds a master’s of science degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Grand Canyon University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Kent State University.
Outreach Program Officer
Tami utilizes her skills in organization, administration and customer service to ensure the delivery of premier programming and services to our clients and partners. She serves as the liaison between the staff, clients and consultants/facilitators during the planning, execution and post-evaluation phases of each project. She coordinates all the logistics and details for meetings, training programs, conferences, and special events. Tami received her bachelor's degree in communication arts from Eastern Nazarene College in Boston, MA.
Mona serves as the customer service specialist for the Corporate University by assisting program participants in the registration process and providing clients with necessary program information. Mona assists the program manager in providing support for the public programs by processing participant registrations and coordinating details for each program. Mona is committed to providing excellent customer service to each client.
