As director of the Corporate University, Faith meets with hundreds of organizations in order to clarify learning needs and organizational development goals.  Utilizing skills in relationship building, coaching and facilitation she leads the department in providing relevant, engaging and impactful training and development initiatives throughout NE Ohio. Faith holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Kent State University and a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from The University of Akron.

Marshall is the research coordinator at the Corporate University. His duties include developing and delivering customized survey, research and consulting services to provide organizations with the information they need to make data driven-decisions. He utilizes the latest research technologies in survey development, deployment, data collection and analysis in the design and completion of research projects. Marshall has been involved with various aspects of research, technology and management. His diverse background has spanned survey research, product deployment, customer relationship management, systems analysis and technical support. Marshall holds a master’s of science degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Grand Canyon University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Kent State University.

Mona serves as the customer service specialist for the Corporate University by assisting program participants in the registration process and providing clients with necessary program information. Mona assists the program manager in providing support for the public programs by processing participant registrations and coordinating details for each program. Mona is committed to providing excellent customer service to each client.
