Summer Experience
Kent State University at Stark’s English for Healthcare summer experience provides a curricular and co-curricular English immersion experience for future healthcare workers.
The program is recommended for university students or recent graduates preparing for a career in healthcare. A rigorous curriculum of relevant academic courses and seminars will be delivered by expert faculty. Students will also have access to Kent State University’s lab spaces and library resources during their stay. Co-curricular peer-to-peer workshops and site visits will provide collaborative and experiential learning opportunities allowing students to utilize the skills developed in the classroom.
