The Art of Coping
This is a 6 session group that focuses on learning skulls from Dialectal Behavior Therapy, including mindfulness and self-compassion. This group will help you learn new ways of managing difficult emotions, tolerating distress, and functioning better in interpersonal situations. This group will also give you the opportunity to discuss problems with difficult emotions in a safe, confidential space and receive support from peers experiencing similar difficulties. This group is led by Psychological Services staff (no charge).
