Stress and anxiety are part of everyday life, but can be quite unpleasant.
This group will broaden your understanding of anxiety, provide support from peers experiencing difficulties, and give you the opportunity to discuss anxiety-related problems in a safe, confidential space - all of which will help you reduce and manage your anxiety in everyday life.
This group is led by Psychological Services staff (no charge).
