Social Distancing Tips

  1. Keep a routine! Wake up and go to bed at roughly the same time, shower regularly, and get dressed as if you were leaving home for at least a little every day. This helps keep a sense of normalcy. The sleep thing can also help with physical well being!
  2. Set aside a little bit of time each day for an active hobby. Netflix is great and all, but human minds need stimulation! Draw, cook, play an instrument, or maybe dance around to some music. Just do something that keeps you mentally or physically active on the regular!
  3. Make sure you speak to someone every day. Don’t just text or hole up in your room when you have phone calls, FaceTime, and more to keep in contact with your loved ones.
