KSU's disAbility Awareness Bike Ride

Kent State Bike Ride October 4, 2015!

Join KSU Athletics and Student Accessibility Services in recognizing disAbility Awareness Month. Enjoy food and drink, prize giveaways, and a scenic fall bike ride originating from the KSUKent State's disAbility Awareness Bike Ride logocampus, with longer rides extending to the City of Kent and throughout Portage County. Rides of  1, 5, 10, 25, 50, and 100 mile options are available. The event raises funds for Kent State students with disabilities and promotes disability awareness.

Student Accessibility Services (SAS) celebrates disAbility Awareness Month – the "d" is intentionally lower case to emphasize people's ability rather than disability – every October in an effort to highlight the various and wide-ranging abilities of people who may otherwise be considered "disabled." We want you to be a part of this great event!

The event start and end TBA.. Registration opens at 5:30 a.m for the 100 Mile Ride and departs anytime thereafter. Registration for all other rides is 7:00 a.m - 8:45 a.m with departure following the kickoff at 9:00 AM.
