Kent State University’s College of Arts and Sciences and the College of Business Administration will host a co-lecture, “The Political Economy of the Arab Uprisings,” to be given by two of Northeast Ohio’s experts in Middle East politics and political economy on Sept. 27 at 7 p.m. in Room 483 of the College of Business Administration Building, home of Kent State's College of Business Administration.

Kent State University’s School of Communication Studies and College of Business Administration offer an opportunity to obtain two degrees at once: a Master of Arts in Communication Studies (M.A.) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), beginning this fall.

This unique dual-degree program is particularly attractive for managers, professionals and Bachelor of Arts students looking to enhance their communication skills to influence business in emerging global markets, while also developing skills to augment their own professional careers.

Pratim Datta is an associate professor in the Department of Management and Information Systems and director of the Ph.D. Program at the College of Business Administration.
