Salesforce's Spring 2018 release is now live in sandbox environments! In Salesforce Spring 2018, users will now see new email sync functionality with Lightning for Outlook, AI capabilities with Einstein Analytics, and the ability to send customized Marketing Cloud campaigns from Community actions. In Lightning, users also have the ability to see customized themes, manage their own navigation bar tabs, use Territory Management, and utilize call monitoring through Lightning Dialer.

There were many exciting new features and a new partnership announced at Dreamforce ‘17! This past conference brought many new updates to Email Studio, Social Studio, Mobile Studio, and much more. Salesforce has partnered with Google Analytics 360 to allow for seamless connection of advertising, sales and marketing data across platforms. The CRM Architecture team’s journey over the last year was a rollercoaster, mirroring the progress made and changes encountered by the CRM projects as a whole. The journey was started with the concurrent development and go-live of several large initiatives, and ended with a strategic shift in the core design of the orgs. Time throughout was spent iteratively building what has become the standard operating procedures.
