Megan Finch

Megan is a second-year member of the Kent Dance Ensemble and has performed in faculty and student choreographed concerts, as well as in gala and adjudication concerts at American College Dance Association conferences. Over the summer, Megan travelled with the Ensemble to Washington, D.C. and performed a guest artist works at the Kennedy Center. Megan has studied abroad in Bangkok and Hua Hin, Thailand as a founding member of the student organization “East Meets West” and she was chosen to participate in the Alvin Ailey Summer Dance Intensive for six weeks in New York City. She is an active member of the Student Dance Education Organization, serving as the event coordinator and is involved in Alpha Si Omega, the theatre and dance honors fraternity. Throughout her tenure at Kent State, Megan has been represented on the Dean’s List, received the Xavier Atienza Dance Scholarship and the May O’Donnell award.
