2017-2018 Season Continues with "All Shook Up"
Kent, OH – The School of Theatre and Dance at Kent State University continues its 2017-2018 season with "All Shook Up." The production is directed by assistant professor Amy Fritsche and runs Fri., Feb. 23 through Sun., March 4 in E. Turner Stump Theatre, located in the Roe Green Center for the School of Theatre and Dance, Center for the Performing Arts, 1325 Theatre Drive, Kent, OH 44242.

The box office is open Mon. – Fri., Noon to 5 pm. Tickets are $18 for adults, $14 for Kent State University alumni, faculty and staff, $14 for seniors (60+) and non-Kent State students age 18 and under are $10. Tickets for full-time, Kent campus undergraduates are free of charge. Groups of 10 or more can purchase tickets for $12 per person. Flex pass subscriptions are also available. The box office accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks, and cash.
In a musical combination of the King of Rock n' Roll Elvis Presley and Shakespeare's Twelfth Night, "All Shook Up" is tale of a rock n' roll rebel who injects his brand of fun into an otherwise dreary town.
"All Shook Up" is inspired by and features the songs of Elvis Presley and has a book written by Joe DiPietro. The production and design team includes music direction by associate professor Jonathan Swoboda, scenic design by Amanda Nerby, technical direction by Islay Reed and Chris Seifert, lighting design by Sophia Phillips, costume design by Suwatana Rockland and sound design by Courtney Jean. Patrick Ulrich is the props master, Jennifer Hemphill is the assistant director and Danielle Holloway is the production stage manager.
