Search for your transfer course reviews here:

This search engine will show you courses that have been reviewed for articulation to Kent State University. It is updated daily to add new, or amend existing articulations, and is constantly growing. If you do not see your institution or course, the Credit Transfer Staff will update this database upon an official review of your coursework. For schools with multiple campuses you may need to choose the main campus location.

If you would like more information on Kent State’s policies regarding transferring of undergraduate credit, please refer to the Academic Policies section of our current catalog. You can also refer to our frequently asked questions at www.kent.edu/credittransfer.

• Choose from the options below to narrow down your search by location and school. Military students can use “District of Columbia” to look at reviewed military courses and occupations.
• Click “submit” after each selection until you are asked for a term.
• Choose the term that best matches when your course was taken. If you are a Kent State Student interested in taking future coursework, choose the most recent term in the drop down, but be aware that future planned coursework needs to be approved by your program advisor before enrolling.
• Search results will show all courses we have reviewed for that institution unless you choose to narrow it by subject. Any courses that were reviewed as a “grouped equivalent” are sorted to the top by group number. These are courses that can receive specific course equivalents if taken as a series. Please note that they may also be listed further down the page individually.
• Links at the top of each column will direct you to more information about your search results.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This Transfer Credit Guide shows how each course equates to a specific course in our current Kent State University catalog. However, please note that how these courses apply to the graduation requirements for your major will be determined by the college that manages your degree and major. There may be circumstances where an equivalent course may not be able to be applied toward a degree requirement. Please consult with your academic advisor for more information on how these courses will apply to your degree.
