Ottoman Ties: European Art Music from Former Ottoman Lands and Viennese Ottoman Representations

Held in the Kent State Trumbull Auditorium, Katherine Meizel (Bowling Green State University), Eve McPherson (Kent State University at Trumbull), and Ralitsa Georgieva-Smith (Cleveland Institute of Music) present a concert of classical vocal and piano music by composers from Bulgaria, Turkey, and Sephardic communities, as well as Ottoman-inspired music by Mozart.
