Join us for Rendezvous in the Alley, Sept. 23

On Friday, Sept. 23, Kent State University at Trumbull will host "Rendezvous in the Alley," the kick-off event for the first-ever Warren Homecoming. It will be held from 2:00-6:00 p.m. on the first floor of the parking deck in Dave Grohl Alley. It is free and open to the public.

Participants will enjoy free hot dogs and an appearance by Scrappy, courtesy of the Mahoning Valley Scrappers, and lively music. This is an opportunity for individuals who are coming back to Warren to reacquaint themselves with Kent State University at Trumbull and obtain information on its nursing program, veterinary technology program, police academy, Library and Theatre. Those wanting to attend that night’s Warren G. Harding football game can take advantage of free trolley rides to and from the stadium.  Kent State University Alumni Association representatives will also be on-hand to welcome current and former students.

RSVP now if you plan to attend this great event.

“Great things are happening in Warren, Trumbull County and on our campus,” said Dr. Lance Grahn, Dean and Chief Administrative Officer, Kent State University at Trumbull. “It’s an honor for us to be at the front-end of this inaugural weekend as we welcome our friends, family and former residents.”

Warren Homecoming will be held on Friday, Sept. 23 through Monday, Sept. 26. To follow the events and planning for Warren Homecoming, “like” Warren Homecoming 2016 on Facebook.
