Kent State Trumbull Offers Night of Classical Music

Kent State University at Trumbull's Concert Series continues on Thursday, Nov. 16 with a performance by classical musicians,  Mio Arai (piano) and Daniel Kaler (cello).  

Pianist Mio Arai, currently resides in Cleveland, where she performs with a wide range of musicians and ensembles in the Northeast Ohio region. A native of Kanagawa, Japan, Mio began studying piano at the age of four. While her career began as a solo performer, she has found her true passion in working as a collaborative pianist.

Daniel Kaler is from Wilmette, Illinois and is currently a cello student of Professor Stephen Balderston of DePaul University School of Music. He was featured on NBC's America's Got Talent in 2006. 

The concert will be held in the Kent State Trumbull Auditorium (Classroom/Administration Building, 4314 Mahoning Ave. N.W. in Warren) and is free and open to the public. Doors open at 7 p.m. and the performance begins at 7:30 p.m.
