LifeShare Community Blood Services, a community-focused nonprofit organization, is providing a scholarship opportunity for Kent State University at Trumbull students.
Eligible students must be enrolled for the 2014 fall semester as a full-time or part-time undergraduate student at Kent State Trumbull, and be in good academic standing. Additionally, applicants must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident of the U.S., and submit a one-page statement regarding community service, its importance, and the applicant’s role within their local community.
The scholarship is a one-time only award for each recipient, and is to be used toward tuition only. Student receiving a tuition waiver are not eligible for this scholarship.
Applicants must submit a completed and signed application to the Kent State Trumbull Office of Student Services by May 30, 2014. Recipients of this scholarship will be notified in June 2014.
