Eastern Ohio Development Alliance (EODA) Annual Membership Drive

Kent State University at Tuscarawas, Office of Business and Community Services manages registrations for EODA. While our software is customized for students taking educational courses, it is also conducive to registering for events and memberships. You will see some wording that may not pertain to membership or a board meeting, but please disregard it. If you have been to an EODA meeting but never used our online system, you already have an account, but you must set your password before you can access your account. When you click on "enroll" you are actually registering for a meeting or membership.

EODA is an independent, non-profit 501(c)3 association made up of member partners from public, private and non-profit organizations across 16 counties. EODA works to stimulate economic development, infrastructure investment, educational advancement, and a better quality of life.   EODA members collaborate to provide leadership and advance regional priorities that promote responsible development and long-term transformational change of our region.   As an EODA member, you will enjoy the following:

  • Networking –EODA provides a platform for members from 16 Appalachian counties to foster a dynamic network.  Quarterly meetings provide an opportunity for information exchange and interaction.  EODA’s annual meeting attracts nearly 300 people a year and some of the biggest names in Ohio politics.  Historically, our legislative forums have been well attended.
  • Influence – EODA convenes meetings with state and federal legislators and advocates for legislative action.   Member-driven committees have been successful in launching positive initiatives.  Committees include:  Business Development, Education & Technology, Government Affairs, Membership and Small Business Development. 
  • Authority – EODA is the leading organization for economic development in Eastern Ohio.  Its membership represents a broad spectrum of influences from economic development, government, business, industry, education and non-profit sectors.

The Eastern Ohio Development Alliance (EODA)s mission is to stimulate economic growth and improve the quality of life in our 16-county region.
