Eclipse Mania! Are You Prepared?

We are pleased to announce another public lecture this upcoming Friday, May 5, 2017, at 6 p.m. in the Founders Hall Auditorium. Millions of people across the United States will be watching the total eclipse of the sun on August 21, 2017. Dr. David Hurd, a noted professor and astronomer from Edinboro University, will offer an engaging and unique program on the upcoming solar eclipse, including the history of eclipses and where/how you can safely view this natural phenomenon. There has not been a total eclipse visible in the U.S. since 1979!  Learn more about this extraterrestial phenomenon!
