Marsha Freeland is well known as the director of the Norma Johnson Center, a 303 acre conservation center and nature preserve in Dover. Under Marsha’s 12 years of leadership, the Norma Johnson Center has grown dramatically in services and public awareness. She works closely with the Center’s nonprofit board, the Tuscarawas County Soil and Water Conservation District and the Tuscarawas County Commissioners to operate the Norma Johnson Center. Marsha also is very involved with local schools, community members and businesses along with several community organizations.
