Women's Success Series

Mary Burley is the well-respected Director of Human Resources at Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District (MWCD), which employs more than 400 people throughout 18 counties. Mary was initially hired to create a human resources function at MWCD, a government agency responsible for managing 54,000 acres of public land, including 10 lakes and 14 flood control reservoirs. During her impressive 19-year career, her role has grown to include responsibilities for overseeing the growing human resources and safety areas, as well as serving as a member of the executive management team.
