Kent State Tuscarawas will join Kent State University April 23 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. via live feed in the Academic Learning Commons to celebrate the construction launch of the Design Innovation Hub, a dynamic, new space designed to spark creativity and collaboration. The Design Innovation Hub is an open-access, collaborative, co-working, idea-generating and innovative environment connecting students, faculty and the community to a network of existing spaces, makerspaces and resource laboratories across the university.
Kent State Tuscarawas is the only regional campus with Design Innovation Hubs already in place. Hubs are located at the Makerspace in the Academic Learning Commons and at the Tolloty Technology Incubator Center.
